Nonprofit Blog Carnival

Well-coordinated constituent communication used to be merely a pipe dream. Who could possibly keep up with which constituent was also a volunteer or which constituent received a particular event invitation? With thousands or potentially millions of constituents, it just wasn’t realistic in the days of old.

Fortunately – and this is why I love CRM so much – now it is very realistic to track and understand supporters. It’s still a challenge, of course, but now it’s a challenge that we have the tools to overcome.

As we host our very first Nonprofit Blog Carnival, we want to help nonprofit organizations make this well-coordinated multichannel  communication a reality. Together we’ll collect case studies, tips, tricks and strategies that help answer the big question:

How are nonprofits using CRM and predictive analytics to successfully implement multichannel campaigns?

Here’s how it works:

  1. Write a post that addresses our question of the month.
  2. Email your post’s permalink to nonprofitcarnival@gmail.com by October 28.
  3. Check back here on October 30 for the best of the best posts.

If you want to get a feel for it all a bit more, check out August’s newsletter-themed Carnival or September’s website-themed Carnival.

Now let the submissions roll in!
