While attending NTEN’s 2014 Nonprofit Technology Conference, I had the privilege of sitting down for an invaluable 10 minute interview with Nonprofit Marketing Problem-Solver & Coach Nancy Schwartz.
During her time in the hot seat, Nancy elaborated on the role technology has played, and continues to play, in transforming nonprofit marketing and communication.
Now, it’s much more broadly recognized that there needs to be absolutely integrated, holistic marketing… Marketing is everything you do between the asks, everything you do to connect with prospects and supporters, because you have to keep the relationship alive between the times you’re asking for money.- Nancy Schwartz
In this age of connectivity, nonprofits are expected to meet supporters on their terms, through the channels they prefer. Technology enables this by tracking the unique habits, preferences, and interactions of each supporter so that nonprofits can be mindful with their communications.
Watch the video to hear what else Nancy had to say about the role of technology at YOUR nonprofit.
