The keynote speaker for the conference is Paul Williamson, Head of Ticketing for the 2012 Olympic games in London. Paul Williamson has the ultimate responsibility to fill the 35 stadiums to capacity for the wide range of events, from gymnastics to judo, archery to paralympic boccia. Paul will present the aspiration of the Olympic Games, as well as its legacy. Drawing on his extensive experience in ticketing and customer relations as he will discuss the challenges and opportunities the games bring; identifying the market, message and building relationships with a relatively unknown audience.
