This week it’s London and Blackbaud’s 2010 Relationship Management Conference. My time tested and proven technique for jet lag appears to be working.
I really like this conference because it gives me a chance to talk about some new topics and road test ideas for future presentations. It also means switching up the lingo a little bit and learning about trends from across the pond.
This morning’s keynote speaker is Sir Stuart Etherington, who was appointed Chief Executive of NCVO in 1994. NCVO is a membership organisation that represents the interests of charities and voluntary bodies. It has over 7,000 members. Previously he was Chief Executive of the Royal National Institute for Deaf People, a major UK charity.
I’m doing a session called “Mobile Communications and Giving” and another session about “Online Metrics and Benchmarks” later today.
The hash tag on Twitter for the conference is #bbeconf
