Dr. Linda Gornitsky

Dr. Gornitsky is president and founder of LBG Associates, a consulting firm that specializes in the development of strategic corporate citizenship and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs. Clients have included: AMD, BMW, Capital One, Con Edison, CSX, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, FedEx, J. Crew, Moody’s, Neutrogena, Nielsen Research Media, Pitney Bowes, State Street Corp, Timberland, Toyota and Verizon.

Prior to establishing LBG Associates in 1995, Dr. Gornitsky directed a variety of corporate communications programs, developed strategic contributions programs, managed contributions, public issues and public affairs departments and identified new management directions. She developed and managed strategic contributions programs for Citibank and Pfizer.

Dr. Gornitsky has published more than two dozen research studies on various aspects of corporate citizenship as well as many white papers, self-diagnostic tools and toolkits.

Dr. Gornitsky is an adjunct professor at New York University where she teaches classes on strategic philanthropy/volunteerism and was a faculty member at the Center for Corporate Citizenship at Boston College.

Dr. Gornitsky, is president of LBG Research Institute, a think tank focusing on corporate citizenship and CSR issues, as well as on the executive boards of two local nonprofits. She helped found and was on the board of Autism360. She was honored for her commitment to her local community in 2007 and in 2016 won the Volunteer of the Year award.
