Jenny Cooke Smith

Jenny Cooke Smith is a Principal Solutions Consultant at Blackbaud and manages the strategy for donorCentrics Benchmarking at Blackbaud Target Analytics.  She has spent the last decade analyzing trend analysis and benchmarking results and has focused on creating new groups for cohorts previously unrepresented, particularly in Higher Education.  She also manages the donorCentrics International Benchmarking groups, working with nonprofit organizations in Canada, the UK, Germany and Australia.  She has nearly 20 years of experience in the fundraising industry as both a consultant and development officer. She is a frequent speaker at BBCON, CASE, and other industry conferences.
